Presentation of the Visitmoov service
Visitmoov is a free service, which does not require the creation of an account, which allows a user to create a personalized tourist route. The main advantage is that instead of providing a simple list of places of interest, Visitmoov also calculates the ideal route to discover a maximum number of places in a minimum amount of time using walking, biking, driving and especially public transport. So no time wasted in transport, no need to spend hours in planning, the reading of a simple QR code allows access to a tailored guide. What more could you want? Visitmoov generates an optimal tour by taking into account your location and the opening hours of the places, so you don’t end up in front of a closed door.
On each place you can take your best pictures and publish them on your favorite social networks. Don’t hesitate to mention #selfietour and/or #visitmoov so that we can discover your adventures.
As mentioned below, you are responsible for the content you publish and must comply with the terms and conditions of the services used to take your selfies.
Use of the service
Visitmoov is not a social network, so any information posted by you must comply with the terms and conditions of the platforms used. However, we remind you of the following basic rules:
– Don’t put yourself in danger by taking a picture (just so you don’t end up on the news at 8pm for some stupid reason),
– be benevolent, do not take pictures that could harm a person, a company or a brand,
– respect the image rights of others,
– don’t publish illegal content or incite hatred. In order to work in the best conditions, the only information requested will be your position in order to offer you the optimal tour depending on where you are. But Visitmoov can still work without it.
When using the service, Internet access fees may be charged by your operator. It is your responsibility to check these conditions, especially if you are traveling abroad.
By using Visitmoov, you agree to abide by these conditions and not to divert the service from its intended use, nor to undertake any attempt to retrieve the content published therein. This includes the codes related to the development of the service but also all the information published, whether they belong to Visitmoov or to its partners. The same applies to all content creation (texts, photos, visual compositions).
In order to ensure the smooth operation of the service and to better understand how users use our solution, we record what we call logs: number of connections per day, most frequented places… Still no personal information, just anonymous data important to us because they allow us to evaluate the performance of our service.
Limitation of liability and commitments
Visitmoov is a free service, we do our best to maintain it in optimal conditions of operation but we can not guarantee a flawless access, we do our best! The same applies to the information provided. We rely on data coming from the opendata (see at the end of the document) and therefore cannot guarantee their reliability.
So sorry, if you miss your subway or you didn’t have time to take the picture you were dreaming of, we can only share your sadness but not take responsibility for it. Visitmoov provides recommendations, it is up to you to judge the relevance of these recommendations to your priorities, your commitments and your safety.
We are committed to respecting copyrights and indicate the source of all information used, including photos.
Do not hesitate to contact us if you notice any errors, or the presence of content that would be covered by copyright that we could have disseminated despite our verification process.
Once again, as we do not store any personal information, there is no risk of data loss but we wanted to indicate it anyway (that’s what everyone puts in their TOS so we thought we would do the same).

You may link to our websites or applications provided you do so in a fair and legal manner and do not damage our reputation or take advantage of it.

One of the ways Visitmoov is distributed is through QRCode. Any misappropriation, falsification or other form of alteration is strictly prohibited. We are happy for you to promote the Selfitour service, but please respect the limits of intellectual property law, do not modify our materials and clearly indicate the link to our site or any form of identification of our service. In case of dispute
In the event of litigation and in the absence of amicable settlement the dispute will be presented before the competent authorities of AIX EN PROVENCE.
